The Farmer

The Rossotti’s devotion and commitment to producing healthy food for their local community began well over 100 years ago in the mountains of Switzerland. Today, Tony and Julie Rossotti specialize in all natural, grass-fed goat meat and veal raised on organically certified pasture on both ranches: the family’s H Ranch in Point Reyes (National Seashore) and the Rossotti Ranch in Petaluma. Julie and Tony have nine generations of devoted local food production in Marin County: Julie is a fourth generation rancher who has been devoted to raising livestock since she could walk, and Tony is a fifth generation rancher. The Rossotti’s have diversified their family tradition by raising African Boer Goats and veal on certified organic pasture. Their mission is simple: to produce good, nutritious food for their local community, as their families have done for many generations.
